Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AllDay (the “Service”), operated by Kebab on Fire (Victoria & Whistler, British Columbia, Canada) (“we,” “us”), handles information. AllDay is a back-office tool that consolidates a restaurant’s own operating data into dashboards and reports for that business’s management.
Information we access and collect
- Account information — the name and email of users a business owner invites, and their role and location access.
- Sales data — orders, items, and payment method from your connected Square account.
- Labor data — schedules and time punches from your connected 7shifts account.
- Purchasing data — supplier invoices and prices (e.g., from Sysco).
- Accounting data — from QuickBooks Online, when connected (see below).
QuickBooks Online data
If you connect a QuickBooks Online company, you authorize AllDay via Intuit’s OAuth to read that company’s accounting data. We access account and Profit-and-Loss report data in order to bring overhead expenses (such as rent, insurance, utilities, and administrative costs) into your AllDay profit-and-loss statement. We use this data solely to display your own financial figures back to you within AllDay. We do not sell it, and we do not share QuickBooks data with third parties. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time in Settings, which revokes our access; tokens are then no longer used.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate the Service — to compute and display your dashboards, food and labor costs, profit-and-loss statements, and related reports — and to secure and support your account. We do not use your business data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How we share information
We share information only: (a) with the third-party services you connect, as needed to retrieve your data; (b) with infrastructure and service providers that host and run the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; and (c) where required by law. We never sell your data.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting and database provider and protected by access controls that scope each business’s data to that business and each user to their assigned locations. Integration access tokens are stored securely and used only to retrieve the data needed for your reports.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. On disconnecting an integration, its access is revoked. You may request deletion of your business data by contacting us.
Your choices
You can disconnect any integration in Settings at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. Owners control user access within their business.
Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
