Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AllDay (the “Service”), a restaurant operations and back-office application operated by Kebab on Fire (Victoria & Whistler, British Columbia, Canada) (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AllDay consolidates a restaurant’s operating data — point-of-sale sales, labor, purchasing invoices, inventory counts, and accounting — into dashboards and reports (including profit-and-loss statements) for the business’s own management. The Service is provided to authorized staff of the businesses that subscribe to it.
2. Accounts and access
Access requires an account created or invited by a business owner. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Owners control which locations and features each user may access.
3. Third-party integrations
AllDay connects to third-party services on your authorization — including Square (sales), 7shifts (labor), Sysco (invoices), and QuickBooks Online (accounting). When you connect one, you authorize AllDay to access the data from that service needed to produce your reports. Your use of each third-party service remains governed by that provider’s own terms. You may disconnect any integration at any time in Settings, which revokes AllDay’s access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to breach or circumvent security or access controls, no accessing data belonging to businesses or locations you are not authorized for, no reverse-engineering, and no use that violates applicable law.
5. Your data
Your business data remains yours. We access and process it to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your business data), is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business operations.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Reports and figures are generated from the data available to the Service and from third-party integrations, which may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors; they are provided for management convenience and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on figures shown in the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your integrations. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
